    How can I place an order with Ankaari?
    Placing an order with us is quite simple. Browse through our collection and add the items you wish to purchase to the cart. Add your shipping details and payment mode, make the payment through your desired mode and voila you are done! Your order details will be sent to you on your registered email id with us.

    When will I receive the order?

    We will dispatch the order within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. You will receive it within 4-7 working days, depending upon your location.

    What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
    You think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged beforedelivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at“info@ankaari.com” mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that abrand new replacement is issued to youwith no additional cost.

    What is the return/refund policy?
    Goods once purchased are not returnable. We can only exchange them within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us on Whatsapp 9717662931 or email us on info@ankaari.com with your Order ID to process the exchange. The product for exchange has to be dispatched to our office by the customer at his/her own dispatch cost. Product sent for exchange should be in good condition to enable us to process the request.
